Oh how sad, I’m so sorry for the loss of your lovebird.

If you get another bird, look up all the dangers. No non stick coatings, no air fresheners, no aerosols, no fumes of any kind, etc.

Unfortunately there are many dangerous household items. It's all too easy to overlook something. I shudder at all the things I missed in my early bird keeping days. Thankfully it never ended it a tragedy. Definitely check out our safety section of the forum.
