I lost my Keeshond once. I searched for days with no luck.

One night I couldn't sleep so went out at 2 am to search.

With no cars, no people, no noise, the night silence was heavy.

I called and called him (and probably angered many neighborhoods) about an hour later my dog come tearing out between several buildings.

In the quite of the night, I think my voice echoed, allowing him to hear me. He'd have never heard me during the day.

Just an idea.

I'm so sorry. You already did what I could think of, posting on FB lostfound or community pages, Craigslist, Kijijiji ect
I really hope you can find him also, maybe make some lost fliers? and tape them on bright neon paper?

Try calling for him at night, like macawpower suggested..when Pepper (bird) got lost,
the first night in we had been calling for her and got a response twice because it was so quiet out there.

It has been 4 days by tonight and it is pouring rain out ...I went out anyway just to see and nothing ...we heard of another sighting but it was on Sun as well and in the same location roughly ...I went to the house next to the field where the sighting took place but the owner said he hasn't seen him ...we sent out the fliers in all the post office boxes in my town this am so people should be picking up their mail tonight after they get off work and seeing the flier ...Nymeria my other dog is having a very hard time of it ..she is not sleeping and vey restless but depressed walking around the house with her head down ...its so sad to watch ...she was inconsolable when she lost her first mate Godrik to epilepsy ....we both were ...now to possibly lose another ...well its just to much ...Ill try taking her out with me tomorrow if its not raining getting her out of the house and helping would be good for her ....

Don't give up. My sister lost her boxer for 2 weeks in the Utah mountains a few years ago.

They did finally find her, but it was a long tiring time for them.

It took several sightings before they even lay eyes on her.

Having no bad news, is good news. Keep searching.

I hope he turns up soon! Definitely don't give up, someone where I live found their dog two years after he went missing. He kept getting spotted by people, and then he would disappear for months. One day the owner was out somewhere, and the dog just appeared out of nowhere and walked right up to her! Hopefully you will find Rhaegar sooner than that of course!

Out again before supper and nothing ..added North East fields to my search now just in case ...still nothing ...going to go to each farm house in search area and give out fliers just incase they didn't get them in mail box ...I feel like I'm grasping at straws now ....going to try and take Nymeria with me after supper and walk the town tonight hopefully she will come... she has refused all tries at going for a walk with me since early Sunday morning ..not sure why ..mom thinks its cuz home is where Rhaegar's sent is and she doesn't want to leave it ....she is so sad ...have tomorrow off so Ill spending most of the day looking

I do worry about that even though we live in a rural area cuz we have two highways near by , a back road that idiots like to speed on and a train that runs by the town ...I am hopping that he is staying in the fields or will come back to the town ...I just feel so helpless and hopeless right now ...I miss him terribly and then there is watching my other dog already mourning him ..it so sad
