Questions about regurgitation

Would 2 female Green Cheek Conures regurgitate to each other? Gazoo (DNA female) and Tiki, a year older but not yet DNAd, spend most of their time beak to beak with eyes closed. Could Tiki be male? Just curious. If she is male, then her previous situation would make sense as the previous owner said she would mount her male and they would fight.

Yes they could if they are bonded to each other.
My 2 male cockatiels regurgitate to each other. They have been bonded for 15 years.
