Pumpkin question?

How much of it can they eat? Can they eat all parts of it Raw? Should I just let Percy go at it himself, or is there any I shouldn't let him near/cook before giving it to him? I got a pumpkin today and would love to give him some!

I feed all parts(haven't fed seeds yet but that is safe)raw. They love it, it is in their chop but sometimes they get a few pieces as extra as well.

They love cracking the seeds open and all the inside of the pumpkin that is fresh is edible. I would only worry about mold in warm temperatures.

The seeds are a big hit here as well! I have only bought the seeds in stores but next Time I gave a pumpkin I am gonna use all those seeds as well!

We give our guys the mini baking pumpkins raw. They love chewing them up! Friend of ours with an aviary of larger birds tosses whole ones in and lets them go to town.
