Grumbles's humble abode :)

(Lol he sleeps in that spot against that toy every night- you'd think that the cage bars would hurt his feet. ) image.jpg
His cage top perch. (Just a Java perch meant for inside the cage I found- works perfect as a play top perch area :) ) image.jpg

Close ups of Grumbles's cage- from left to right side :) (I made a few minor tweaks after these pictures-I took them before grumbles was home, and I would take more but it is late and he is sleeping now) image.jpg

(I added a perch by the food bowls- I took this picture before I did so however. )

Thank you! It's another I like that I'm considering
Definitely recommend it- love it! (And they have great customer service- when a bar was missing on the cage front they sent a replacement part very quickly- and I didn't have to return the missing bar front.)

Wow, these set ups are amazing, but in my little 1300 sq ft house space is at a premium. Even now I'm not sure where we're going to put a cage when baby comes home in a few weeks..

This thread is awesome! I'm getting so many cage-decorating and toy ideas... I really wanna get some of these awesome toys you guys have from the US.

Ferret nation has 1 inch bar spacing, critter nation (one I used) has 1/2 inch

I really like the way that cage opens completely! And the way you used the entire space!

I don't have a play gym or out of cage area set up. I can't get mine to come out!

But here's the cage for my 2 parakeets:

I try to keep the center somewhat open so they can fly a bit. Not that there is a ton of room, I'm kind of reluctant to take stuff out to make more.

Leave the door open and you just sit near by..your bird will come out when they feel comfortable and trusting..might came out one day and ran to me.. now he does this or he will go on a little walk before climbing up my leg..
