Pictures Piper visited the vet.

As I've mentioned in a few other posts, Piper has become increasingly hormonal and aggressive towards Cake.

So we made the hour drive to have Piper seen at the Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine with Dr. Strunk and her team.

She got a clean bill of health and a round of diagnostics to see how hormonally active she is. From there, we'll discuss options for helping her cope with her excessive hormones. In the meantime, I'm buckling down on training.

Unfortunately, she didn't want to sit on the vet's perch to be weighed, so she was relegated to...

Thanks! I'm hoping that her bloodwork will indicate if anything is out of whack, or if there is anything that we can do medically or behaviorally to make her a happier bird.
