You said piggies, I was looking for Guinea pigs like @cassiesdad 's piggies. What you have are MR PIGs walking your yard -

I'd call them jabali but I think in this case, it's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other according to Wikipedia. Not something I'd want to accidentally have come up to me at night in my garden. Peccary - Wikipedia

This was an interesting link I found at the bottom of the Wikipedia page - AZGFD I was reading about what attracts them and it seems you have it all between the former owner having multiple feeders and a pond.
