About the wheels, I have two of their cages, 48 x 36 which mean the cage weights a ton and have no problems with the wheels. Jody's cage I got in '94 and is not the exact ones they use now but very similar and never had a problem with them. Granted, I don't go moving them around all the time and my house is not set up to wheel them outdoors but they have with stood all that weight on them. Kalea's cage I got in '96 and they have the same wheels.
I have put their cages together myself in the past when I had no one to help me, it can be done, but it is a chore. Having someone to help is just so much easier.
