What type of paint is being used? You want to make sure that it is zero VOC paint but even if it is probably best to move the birds elsewhere for a few days.

Probably as bad for me lol. I can let them stay on my porch that has an overhang for a few nights. I might have to go sleep out with them. The weather is nice this time of year.
