Meeting neighbors
Yes, I took her! I thought my conure was loud!!! No really, she is a great bird. She's really independent, but enjoys a good head scratch occasionally. I haven't heard much of a vocabulary out of her, but she makes some pretty awesome sounds....one is the bombs away whistle with an explosion at the end. It's hilarious. She came to my house on June 1st. Her primary flight feathers are just now starting to molt out. Overall I'm glad we took her. She doesn't seem to be the most trusting thing, but who knows....maybe she will trust me more and more the longer she is with me. I have to remember I'm at LEAST her 5th home.
