The amount of time together doesn't make a relationship, the connection you feel with the other entity does. Sunny picked me and we have a very, very close relationship. I had her only a few hours when I realized I could not live without her.

The connection is definitly special! I never thought I'd rescue an adult female ekkie...too scary...and I was nervous holding her at first. Now I am not, even if she wants to bite me (which she hasn't yet).
Well, she didn't lay an egg last night. Her vent no longer has mucus around it....so maybe we're done for now...I hope so.
