Ahhhh,,,

Sweet potato not such a great hit but I made black beans & Penny just loves them!!!1 I mean she ate a good bowl of them or played with them but whatever she loves black beans. They were good. organic cooked in a slow cooker with onion garlic, carrot & cumin & spices & jabanero
...OMG!!!!

LScoot loves blackbeans too. I fish them out of this frozen organic quinoa entree so he gets very few. I think I'll order them and instant pot them! Thanks for the idea!
