Yes, it's another Sherman story. First, I want to thanks to so many members for their help and patience! Last time I told you about Sherman's new chewing habit. (I didn't add the Boing and replaced her rope swing with an acrylic and chain one she won't even look at.) Well, she managed to dent and split her fresh produce/treat bowl .... I mistakenly thought stainless steel bowls were indestructible. Anyway, I bought Sherman a new dish last night. This morning while I was attaching it to the cage, she came limping down to it. I prepared for the big lunge and bite. Instead, she just kept her distance but came to watch. Granted Sherman had to have the old bowl in the ring, but she showed some curiosity and took a risk. Moving into the birdroom has been stressful even traumatic for her, but Sherman is learning things in a couple of weeks that were taking me months to teach. She's like a new bird in so many ways! Sherman does things I feared she'd never learn to do! And just for @Eloy and the other doubters, I love Sherman!!!
