Yesterday evening my last Bronze Corydoras Catfish, Little Cory, passed away. He was not doing well the past few days. Might have been age or issues with water conditions. I did two water changes and I thought that this might have helped at first but then he got worse. I think he was at least 10 years old. He is now with his friends Mamacita and Mr. Cory. :sad3:

I'm so sorry for your loss. Cories have such a big personality for such a little fish. But I'm sure he lived an amazing life, filled with everything a fish could want.

Swim easy, little one.

How sad, I'm sorry. :sadhug: Even though he lived a nice, long life it's still so hard. I think even harder since he was with you so long. :(

Thanks everyone. I haven't drained the tank yet and still have the filter running. I'll probably drain and remove tomorrow. Was sad to see Sophie looking into the tank. It's located behind her cage and she liked watching the fish from time to time. She could even say, "fish" and "Cory".

You aren't going to keep a tank anymore? I loved watching my fish when I kept a couple of tanks going. I kept mine for eight years and after I finally lost all my fish I gave in and sold my tanks. The birds and dogs are more than enough for me!
