My name is Jay! I am a proud daddy of a baby cockatiel. While, I have had birds when I was younger, I have not had one in about 15 years, so I am almost like a born again bird parent. I am also doing some looking into, of the possiblity of looking into getting a toucan (Or a Aracari, actually). I am so excited to be here!

Hello everyone! I am so so so so sorry for the delayed response. I been so tied up with RL, and my partner has been the primary one getting things arranged for the bird. We actually just got him/her home today. The individual we been working with, has been hand feeding the baby d/t neither one of us having the courage and confidence to do it. Before I share pictures of the beatiful baby, I would like to say thank you to everyone for the very sweet and warming welcoming. I am sure I am going to be acting like a text book case of a brand new bird owner, asking questions after questions.
