Supplies: trace paper, scissors, chili flacks, pine nuts, buckwheat, millet/canary mix, currents

Creation: Cut small squares, hide random treats in each one. Cut long strips, hide paper treat twists inside. Stuff into tube.

Easy simple and multi layer foraging.

Mid-molt Pi Approved :) He is such a clever and cute little adventurer.

Clearly ripping all the leaves off the play stand was also a fun game.

Now, that is some really great bird safe chain! I wish all the vendors would start using that chain with the really small links. It's the only bird safe chain I've ever seen. The chain they're all using now is just too dangerous for the bird's little toes.
Where did you get that toy? I like it!

I bought it at a local shop. Stainless metal hardware and dish washer safe plastic tube. :)


It was similar to this one, but not exactly the same.

Edit: The one linked is actually worse, because it uses cotton rope and not sisal. Cotton rope is a NO GO for IRN and Plumheads they are know to ingest the cotton fibers. I think conures are also know to ingest so use caution!
