New food ok?

Someone gave me this today, the date is good, but I'm not sure how healthy this is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Boba is a lovebird. Thanks!

ok I am going to add my 2 cents in here. Anything Hartz Mountain food for birds is GARBAGE. when I first got into birds I did this test with different types of bird food. take level tablespoon of the food minus any pellets in it. Soak it for 12 hours in room temperature water, drain it well and spread out on damp paper towels and cover with another damp paper towel. wait 12 hours look at the seeds, how many have sprouted? little root tips? in my experiment, less then 10 seeds sprouts for Hartz foods. that means that most of the seeds were DEAD, not viable. basically garbage... there are much better bird foods out there, and yes you may pay more for it, but there is a lot less wasted food too.
