Wanted to share our new bird bread recipe that the flock seems to be enjoying.
2cups whole wheat flower
1/2 cup of rolled oats
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup sweet potato purée
2 cups broccoli/cauliflower/kale chop (finely chopped in the food processor)
2 eggs with shells
2 tbsp red palm oil (organic & sustainable- Nutiva brand)
Sprinkle of shelled walnuts on top
400 degrees F in a 10x13 pan for 30 minutes.
The flock loves it!
