So I did a poll on my IG and FB asking if people wanted more Balsa or Pine toys, and Balsa won by a landslide. So, I hunkered down and made more balsa toys (also a couple thin pine ones, but bigger pine ones are next I hope!)

And if you're looking for some cheap deals, check out the new "Ugly Ducklings". These are simple toys made of parts that didn't make the cut for other toys combined with pine or balsa Waste Knots for no frills destruction! Each is unique!

These are so nice and colorful! Also, I LOVE the idea of putting otherwise "lost" parts to use - it's a win-win-win (customer, toy maker, and planet!).

Thank you! Ripley of course gets some of my cast offs but I had a couple people asking for something like the Ugly Ducklings so they could support their birds' massive destruction habits. Definitely is a win for everyone!

The balsa toys are great. Jenks can take one of those out pretty quick and he loves them so much. I like to keep a combo of those type of toys and the harder woods so that he gets some variety. I think I have only two balsa toys left in my stock pile.

Yes Ripley adores balsa but 1 to 3 days is all it takes to destroy them! I understand the struggle lol

And there’s nothing better than a rainbow colored pile of balsa chips on the floor of a cage lol. Even my budgies destroy balsa in a day or two but they have so much fun doing it.

YESSSSSSS!!!! You know they had a good time when there is a pile left behind. The first time I gave Jenks balsa he went after it right away, chipped a chunk off and looked so pleased with himself.
I do believe that was an adorable lil monsters toy too, bountiful something I think!!
