Need some help with my new rescue!

Hey there! I am new at this bird stuff. Me and my husband bought a rescue Indian ringneck and was wondering how I can send you guys pics and see maybe you guys know around about the age and sex of the bird. And also it is pretty nippy. Needn't some opinions and advice. Thanks!!

A male Indian ringneck will have a ring of different colored feathers around the neck area. Females do not have the ring. The ring does not show up though, until about a year old. Other than that, you can not definatively tell the age of a bird. Possibly an avian vet could give an approximation of age.

I can't wait to see another Pic. I don't know if it's cause the pic on your avi. is so small or just the compression it took to make it small but I can't figure out your wee ones color. He/she looks sweet tho!
