I picked up the new cage today and love it. I may make it a sleep cage as bedtime has been creeping later and later in the living room. I do have another flight cage I could put in the back room but wonder if a smaller sleep cage is better (?)...any way

My immediate problem is that when I put the cage together, I was left with these...

Anyone know what they are and where they go ???

:hmmm:

They're for screwing the bowls into the bracket!

But the ring unit with the bracket just slides in (?) They don't seem necessary. I will have another look for holes to put them in. They are awkward without screw-heads.

Thanks!

You also put those in on the BOTTOM. When we first put our bracket in I thought they were screwed in on top because my bowls were dragging.

Hubby used a screwdriver bit that looks like a star. There's probably a correct name for that thing......

Did you get the black plastic things? Those are tips for feet if you put the cages on furniture or if you want to stack them (but the handle would have to be removed first).

LOL! I feel better now - the only instructions were the diagrams on the box and there were no pictures of feet or tiny screws :bored: and the brackets were already in the doors. I will flip it upside and have another look. Thanks!

:hehe:Reminds me of when I was younger and my brother would work on his car. My mother always got worried because when he was done there would always be these pieces left over on the garage floor.
Glad you like the new cage!

I know! If not for hubby, I'd never have figured it out!

The bracket slides around if you don't put the screws in.
