Hi all,
How is pumpkin with ground seeds in it as a wormer for the birds especially princess of Wales. I haven’t wormed my birds at all and feel like I should. I have English budgies that I know need to be wormed before breeding as well as my princess of Wales (I now have three females).

Do your birds live outside all of the time? If not most likely they do not need worming.

Are you in the United States? Typically birds here don't need to be wormed.

My birds are outside year round. I am in Northern California. The flooring is cement blocks. When I looked up breeding for Princess of Wales, the web site said they must be wormed before the breeding season and afterwards. That was the number one reason for the death of chicks. Not worming. I just received two more pows. This is their breeding season now am I know I’m not prepared. I want to be ready for next year so I am gathering information.
