LOL.. I have been on mysafebirdstore the past few days trying to decide what to get. :)

I am excited, and nervous, too. I just hope everything will be ok, and that Mopar will be ok, too. I never really got to see how Mopar would react to another parrot around. although this little guy comes with a health guarantee, and paperwork for disease testing, I will still be keeping them separate for a little bit.

Hmmm.. maybe Nova, Rio, Camaro, Turbo, Shadow, Dusty, Evo, Talon, Rocky, Daytona, Storm, Chevy,

it's just endless.

I do keep coming back to Cherokee, Dakota, and Phoenix now. I like Rio, but it's pretty common.

I am so bad and indecisive at this! Mopar got his name really Becuase my boyfriend called him that due to the blue on his face. Lol. And it just kinda stuck ever since.

For boys, I've always thought that Altair was an awesome name, especially for birds. I like astronomical names in general, especially for boys. Apollo, Triton, Orion, Oberon, Sol, Sirius, etc. For girls, I like, Celeste, Nova, Faye, or Luna.

How adorable!

There is also nothing wrong with waiting for this little one to be home and pick a name based on his personality.

On antother note, I do know of another Hawkhead named Loki - a female though.

He looks gorgeous. I often find that I pick names for my pets before I get them and then when I meet them they don't suit the name and have to have a rethink. I sometimes take names from where I have got them from, raddy came from Radcliffe, wally came from Waltham, hettie came for huyton and Archie (rip) came from archway road, in huyton.

Good luck.
