Gluten free noodles and not rinsing makes it gooey (I like noodles like that )
The veggie shreds I just rehydrated in water.

Just throw those gluten free noodles into the Instant Pot. Yum...Instant glue/goop. Totally inedible.

It would have stuck to your insides like glue.
It really was inedible. Could have used it to make paper maché.

BTW, what steamer insert do you have for your Instant Pot?

first one arrived dented i have to drop it off at ups. second one is perfect. they use manila bubble envelope to send them!

The 2 tier basket is adorable in your second link.
I avoided the mesh type because I cook so many beans in mine I pictured cleaning would be more difficult in the mesh ones.

Using a manila bubble envelope for the steamer insert seems illogical.
