Recently I adopted 2 Budgies. Male - Joey 2 years. Female - Kikki 1 yr. Being in a new environment, I understand they would be quiet. A few days later they were chatter bugs! Then I noticed Kikki in the food dish and she didn't want to get out. I gently coaxed her but she was quite weak. Her feathers were ruffled. She started getting better, her feathers are good now but she yawns. She will not chirp and Joey is quiet. The only time they will chirp is when I am running water from the tap. What could be the issue? I'm worried about my babies!

It sounds to me like she may be sick. Or have an egg related issue? You may want to ask this question in the healthy highway section as this seems to me to be a health issue and more people may reply there.
