Please keep him in your thoughts. I don't want to lose him.
Thank you! I have not really practiced fasting with the goldies. I do my other fish, so don't really know why I never did them. They always look so hungry, but then that's what fish do. You could be right on moistening the pellets. Will do more reading. A lot of people make their fish food for goldies, instead of using commercial food.Awe Carole that stinks that he's got problems with that. Aren't the larger bellied GF subject to having this issue? I hope that is can be corrected. He's so pretty and well, fasting is always good, I fast my fish every few days. Is it the issue of the pellets being dry and then fed? I know I had read that with puffers you can feed pellets but they need to be moistened first so they don't expand inside of them.
Sending him healing prayers!
Thank you!hope he feels better soon!
Thank you!Poor Mr. Magu. I will keep him in my prayers. I have heard that fasting can be very successful. I hope it works for him, he is so beautiful!
Missed your post. Thanks also. I am not sure of his age, maybe around 2 years old. That's a guess.I hope fasting helps!
It definitely sounds like some equilibrium issues going on there. It's so hard to tell with fish.
How old is he?
Beautiful tank btw.
Thank you Marian, Miriam, Natalie, and Cher.
Today they seem fine! It may have just been the high nitrates bothering him. I am still going ahead as planned and do the fast. Fasting all the fish the same day sounds like a good plan too. Easy to remember that way. I will get a new video up.
