Can you contact a vet office? Mites should be treated by a vet ideally.

I believe that @finchly has experience with mites as well.

The vinegar is not going to do anything to the mites. You need an insecticide. Do you have a vet you can call who may be able to give you some guidance?

I have a vet but she is currently in clinic so she takes some time to reply and she doesn't want to be called cause she is at the hospital... I sent the message last night... All my budgies have mites now... Do you guys know any medicine in Bangalore, India? I searched for scatt but its not there in my country... I just cleaned the cage today... I have put turmeric now before that I put lemongrass water on them...

I would stop with any home remedies until you hear back from your vet.

You need to treat with ivermectin- SCATT or S76. Follow the directions exactly. Clean the cages and spray with a permethrin spray. Be sure to get every nook and cranny.
More information here.

I don't have any of the above medicines in my country... And my dad says that you can try the turmeric and lemongrass aaer for a week and if it doesn't work then we will buy medicines from a vet...
