She's lovely, such a bright face for a girl! Wish mine would take so nicely to bath time!

@SweetAmber Thanks! She for sure breaks some standards when it comes to hens. She's a talkative, singing machine. 
It took some time for her to like water, and now she requests slightly colder then lukewarm water in a particular dish. No other dish will do.
She's such a sassy thing.

.I remember before I realized she had to have her special bowl, she would just give me this judgmental stare when I offered water in a different dish.
Like "You thing I can use this to bathe?" and cue judgmental look.
She is sass in bird form I swear.

If you ever get tired of her.... Lol. I have been thinking of adding another singing creature, there no Canary's here so I suppose another tiel it is! Wish my female would sing!
I'm going to be "stuck" with my sass-queen for quite a while I'm afraid,
. I adore my other two, but Mimi is my heart bird.
Just something about her.Her singing is actually rather funny, instead of a song it's more singular, different chirps in a row. She gets a "A" for effort though.
Try looking at the rescue tiels near you, that way you'd know which are vocal and whatnot.

Not any rescues here, sadly. Unless you can rescue the bird directly, and it's very rare. People would rather shove that cage in a corner and abuse the baby's to death rather than give them up. Animal control doesn't worry about exotics here
So you stalk Craigslist or go to the trade days. Ick.
On the other hand, my little rescued lovies are the most endearing things, even if they think I am Satan. Rescuing is rewarding!
