We have the Irish music on today...Milton approves, because he's been dancing and "singing" along with it all day. This incident happened a bit ago...

Milton: (coming up to me) "I LOVE YOU DAD"...

Me : I love you too, Bird...

Milton: "A LOT?"

Me : Yes, a lot...

I know this conversation means Milton is wanting something...and he does. He runs down to try to get under my sweatshirt...

Milton "I WANT IN" ...

Me: You can go in, but don't make any holes...

Milton: "OK...WHATEVER"...

Milty goes under sweatshirt...but with that attitude, I KNOW he'll start putting holes in the shirt...which he does...

Me: GET OUT NOW, BIRD!

Milton pops out..

Milton: "WHY?"

Me: Because you're making holes again...go back to your cage now...

Milton: "OK...WHATEVER"...

Milty goes back to his cage, resumes dancing and singing...just like nothing happened...

The feathered child strikes again...

...Milton doesn't really like cabbage...he did have some sweet potatoes, though.

Wife did want to give him a green feather (or two) but I put the kibosh on that...the feather would've stayed green for months, and if Milty would have actually seen it, he might start plucking at it...

...I know , it would have very cute. It's just if Milty would have considered it something that shouldn't be there...like scabs he sees on me. He's obsessed with picking at scabs of any kind...if he gets into a green feather like that, he'd likely pull at all his crest feathers...

Yea....probably best to stay away from colored feathers. They're not going to understand the purpose of that. Thus the plucking begins. It's too bad he's camera shy, I would love to see his dancing and singing lol. That has to be just adorable lol

...yeah, and we're already having problems with plucking. Milty's got chicken legs now from plucking...I'm afraid we're going to be collaring him soon..
