Pictures Meet Rocket and Teddy!

Originally I was going to wait until after January as the breeder had some hatchlings that I would be able to get first pick from. Unfortunately their mom killed them in the nest, which was heartbreaking to hear but he said I could come and look at some 10 week old babies he had.

Well we went to go look yesterday and fell in love! And brought them home as I had already had a cage and everything set up ready far too prematurely

But that came in handy because here they are!

They're the sweetest things! Always by each others side, preening each other. You can definitely tell they're brothers

It was awful, really broke my heart! I'm not sure why she must've killed her babies, I was too upset to ask but I'm sure it was for similar reason. The breeder knew I wanted boys so he gave me the choice out of what he told me where males. But if I'm honest I would like a second opinion as I know sometimes they can get it wrong haha. When they're more settled in I'll take some photos in natural daylight? I've never had babies so young! Thank you

Rocket is a creamino and Teddy is a cinnamon sky blue There's no white on there ceres in person, I think its the lighting in the photo. Their ceres are a purple/light blue, but there isn't any white it just gets a lighter colour? I'm not sure if this helps lol.

In a few days when they're more settled in and when its stopped snowing (gloomy lighting) I'll try and get a better photo of them and hopefully that'll help!
