It may be DIVA lol. The first bird to arrive by private jet. And the breeder warned me SEVERAL times. She is Wild, WILD. No you dont understand, I know you have had caiques for YEARS, but this bird is WILD. Lock down the house, bar all the windows etc.

Well Mr B ( the birdies carer) brought the Diva home last night and put her in the next free flight right next to Thumper.

AAAAGH, I must have given him quarantine instructions ten times!. But I couldnt stay mad. See if you can after reading his repreport below:

"She went crazy excited when she heard the noise of the other parrots because they always make noise when they hear me parking the car. Then I said “ Mrs Thumper , you’re going to be next to your boyfriend to be”

It was so amazing how they communicated to each other. It was a great experience and I wished you could d have witnessed it yourself. It was so beautiful, they all knew and Thumper couldnt stop looking at her from his cage and she couldnt
stop looking at Thumper.

It was the most amazing 20mins. Talking among themselves – so soft spoken I wasn’t sure they were communicating for a while.

So there you have it, successful phase one. Separate cages side by side. And Diva has won Mr B over at least. He says she is big, same size as Thumper ( hes a BIG boy).

I dont like the lack of quarantine, but wow, what an emotional response from their carer, Mr B!. I think I have chosen wisely.

Of course any physical interaction ibetween Miss D and any other bird is TOTALLY BANNED till I get there
