Mark on Ringneck's forehead

Hello,

When I woke my bird up this morning I noticed a black streak across his/her (not sure the sex yet) forehead. I knew he'd get a black ring around his neck eventually (if he's a boy), but I don't know if this is a natural thing or not. Here are some pictures. I know they're not the best but he moves so much lol

If you look at my profile picture, there's a picture of him without it. So I just want to make sure this is natural or not.

Thank you :)

Okay so either I'm going crazy or the mark is gone now lol. I'm not sure what to make of that but I guess it's not a problem

Maybe he sneezed and there was some clear liquid there that dried out now? Every once in a while that happens to Blu my quaker

I could be that he splish splashed the water when drinking or as Diane said, a sneeze.

It also could have been from a toy. Sometimes the dyes can transfer to a lovely little ones :)
