Male or Female?

Hi guys! So I know its kind of difficult to tell between m/f ringnecks but thought I'd give it a shot. So here's my 1 year 2 1/2 month old Lutino Indian Ringneck Sunny. We purchased him from breeders when it was 3 months old and has a friend called Luna, a Female Black Capped Conure.
Now here's some behaviors.
•Does heart wings A LOT. When its talking, sometimes even around my Female BCC.
•Has tried to mount my BCC several times this spring.
•Picks up on sounds and words quickly(?)
• A bit rude sometimes and loud, but mostly sweet. Doesnt like to be pet still but working on it.
I'm not sure of other behaviors relevant so i'll just leave those as reference plus a photo of the lil bird. Thanks so much!

Yeah we wanted to do one but theyre charging $90, which we cannot afford with 2 tuitions, rent and 4 car payments Guess we'll have to see what happens in the next few years.

Oh sweet! thank you so much! My vet wanted to do it for $90 each (To DNA sex my conure as well) This helps a lot cost wise!
