Urgent Lovebird with hurt beak

Hi, my daughter pressed down with her hand on her lovebird last night. He gave a loud chirp and tried to fly away. Since then his beak stays open and it looks like it is hurt. He keeps on scratching it on the wooden stick. He is also very still. I thought it might be shock, but he was the same this morning. I gave him porridge and he tries to eat the seads and bite on things, but I can see he struggles. What should I do a

I would take him to the vet to be assessed. He may have internal injuries or just be in pain and need some pain meds
