You probably should not go any higher than a 75 watt bulb for your little guy.

Yes thank you so much i was looking at the black ones but i wasn't sure if they was ok to use i will most probally buy the one from the 1st link you posted as i already have the lamp holder with clamp & just need the bulb, i will get the 50w one as i don't want it too hot

(The 1st bulb you mentioned the avitemp was only on the amazon US & those particular sellers wouldn't deliver to uk plus it would take forever to come)
