Lovebird nail length: is this overgrown?

My bird has been standing at the bottom of the cage recently and I’m worried it’s because his nails are overgrown…

Not technically. But they are on the longer side. An optimumly placed pedi perch can help keep them in check. Or a flagstone perch. Introducing more natural branches with the rough bark still on can also help.
