I've wondered about the abuse thing for years. I look at my introverted Pionus and wonder how anyone could be offended by her. Even so she was beaten and neglected. Obviously it's not about the animal; it's about the sad person. Still, it's the animal that suffers.

I am the one that say "Thanks" for having her. I'm very grateful that I did find her and bring her home. And I'm sure of that Eloy helped me with that.
We both needed each other equal and from that our bond has growth.

I love our mornings. First I let them out and then I preen them both. Then we have some breakfast, and after we are having some fun with both playing, shoulder time while looking out and some "love time" too. That is the best way to start a day.

She certainly was a happy camper and the little trills as she hid under the blanket proves it. Dobby just got his mommy luvins on sister Sandies knee and now he's on the other recliner chewing a soda cap.
