@iamwhoiam They may not have been able to fulfill all 6 perches. I placed my order Friday for the 1.5" dragonwood, in both the single and multi branch versions, and received my shipment email Monday with just the single branch. I didnt get a call or email saying that my entire order was not fulfilled but only thought to compare when I caught up with this thread.

Sorry that you didn't get both your perches. They told me they didn't have any more 1.5" single at all so I am not supposed to be charged for those. Even though my total no longer amounted to at least $19 they waived the shipping charge.

Just got a shipping notification! Looks like they couldn't fulfill my (one) dragonwood perch order either! I didn't get a phone call though.

Those must have been very popular especially at that price point.

That's strange, they didn't ship the dragonwood perch, but they did charge my card for it. Going to give them a call...

If the charge is in pending they will probably adjust it. Still good to call and check on that.

My stuff just got here! And I got everything I ordered!

The clamshell perch is WAY bigger than I thought it would be, should last forever! And Chirp is loving the foraging toy I got him, I think he's starting to get the concept of pulling the tabs=treats come down.

Very happy!!

Its a platform mineral block so I got a few......well they were $2.25ea $2.20 with my 2% cash rewards...LOL

Gosh they retail about $14ea!

I bought one and it's HUGE. Like, the size of my face. It's ginormus.


Chirp understands his new foraging toy and because he ate all the treats I put in it, he's now chattering to it and giving it kissies, I think he's trying to romance treats out of it.

ETA: He's very happy, now tap dancing and chattering on my hand. I'm typing this with the other hand. Send help!

So I got a phone call about 11am about the oversold items.

I had received no updated email, etc.

I chatted this morning about noon and asked if the order would be shipping soon or not until next week as the Volkman says on backorder until July 16th and I am out of cookable stuff now so wanted to know

They told me it was going to be leaving the warehouse soon.

I STILL have not received an email from Drs, but I did get a notice from UPS to expect an order tomorrow.

So their system is just all around screwy right now.
