Post on Parrot Alert, bird hot line and on community Facebook pages for the area. Craigslist lost and found section... let shelters and rescues know too in case the owner might have given their info to them

Make found bird fliers with no important details just phone number as someone may try to claim the bird as theirs. Hang them around the area....
