Logging in

I need to have the AA technical guru check into why I need to log in from the beginning every time I come to AA. It doesn't recognize me, even though I check stay logged in. Thank you! Barb

Do you use the same browser each time?

Do you have your browser on your pc or phone set to private browsing? If so it will not save your password even though you check the box
