Livesmart fabric safety?

Hello parrot owners! We have a beautiful and wonderful African Grey named Olive, and while pretty good about being potty trained, she sometimes has accidents on our sofa. This is totally fine (it's pretty old and beaten up anyway), but we wanted to get a new sofa and were considering stain-resistant fabrics.

I know Scotchguard is bad for parrots, but our manufacturer also offers this fabric called Livesmart that they claim is pet safe. They say Livesmart is PFHA, not PFOA or PFOS, but honestly that doesn't mean anything to me so I can't determine if it means it's okay for parrots. I've reached out to our avian vet to confirm, but if anyone has heard of this fabric or knows whether or not it's pet safe, I would really appreciate additional details.

Here's the fact sheets I could find about Livesmart...

Thanks again parrot owners, you all are the best!

No idea here.

It's so hard to get any info for bird safety.

We bought leather furniture and because of grandkids, it works well. I have baby blankets to put down where the birds will go.
