i have a colony of linnies in an outside aviary. 2 weeks ago the male of a pair had a suspected stroke, he was taken to the vet in the morning and was put to sleep in the evening. Unfortunately, we couldn't put him back in the aviary for the other linnies to mourn him. Over the next couple of days mavi, his partner, now has the affections of Skye. Skye keeps touching her beak and she seems to be ok. But this morning I have noticed that she possibly has a few head feathers missing, I will have to have a better look at her in the daylight tomorrow to confirm. But if this is the case, is there anything I can do to help her.
