Awwww! That would be awful if he was punished at all let alone with waterLeto is such a lucky birdy! Personal spritz....glorious. and so handsome
I wish Charlie would let me spritz him. I wonder if it was used as punishment on him in a previous life.
That is so sad if that is true. But peoples cruelty never seem to amaze me.I wish Charlie would let me spritz him. I wonder if it was used as punishment on him in a previous life.
Thank youwhat a beautiful baby, just look at that face!
He was trying to get away from it and yelling! That is great Aubrey!
He doesn't love it yet, but he sure like it and the most important, he accepted it.
Just continue doing this, the days he get anxious and don't like it, stop. And days like this continue mist him. And don't forget your happy voice and the walnuts.
In what way did he flip out with the sound?
That is so sad if that is true. But peoples cruelty never seem to amaze me.
I enjoyed the pic too, but forgot to mention that. Sorry!I'm glad you enjoyed the video
No need to be sorry.I enjoyed the pic too, but forgot to mention that. Sorry!
You are very beautiful Leto, but you already know that.
And he is also very vocal, neither of mine are talking/making so much noise. So be happy for that because it's so cute.
It''s darlingNo need to be sorry.
That picture reflects his sassy side very well
I love Leto's noises. He makes lots of them. And when he's happy/excited he says his name if he thinks I'm leaving the house, i think he's says I love you isn't that cheeky plus all the beeps and chirps and squeals
Maybe you should try the steam shower. It's more passive but he'll still get dampened.Vet tells me to spritz him anyway as Charlie''s feather quality isn't great but I do not want to terrorize him and he clearly is terrorized with spritzing so he bathes in his bowl. Not great but I work within his limits
He's just so stinkin cuteIt''s darling
He doesn't fly much either. Flaps his wings sometimes, but doesn't flyHe's not flying away or screaming so I think he's OK with it, just not enthralled by it yet so I'd say it's a success and keep working at it. Dobby will fly away, Lurch would fly away, Nerd couldn't fly well so he mostly sat and took it but he also enjoyed being less itchy so sometimes he'd be OK with it and enjoy preening and setting in the sun on his perch afterwards.
I got very lucky! Hit the rescue jackpotHe is taking it like a champ. How did you get such a cutie parrot?
Thank youWhat a cutie !
Thank you
