I was sitting here a little confused as to why some pictures are not pictures of something that is black and white.

It doesn't taste that much, salty most. It's perfect with pasta and some sauce and it's very healthy.
A lot of fibers, protein and vitamins A, C, E, K, and B. And also minerals like iodine, selenium, calcium and iron.
Chinese and Japanese have been eating seaweed for ages. When it comes to healthy food we have a lot to learn from them.
