JoJo is amazing!

Some years back I'd trained him to fetch a wiffle ball set far away from him, and bring it to me and drop it in my hand. He got bored and we stopped training. Well, we started again this weekend and he is already back to hopping over to an adjacent cage, retrieving the ball bringing it back and aiming very carefully to drop it into the dish in my hand! So amazing!

Thanks for the encouragement folks! This evening he fetched the ball from the dish on a nearby tree by flying to it. Flew it back and dropped it in the dish in my granddaughter oli's hand! He did that three times and we stopped. So he is back to as far as we had gotten last time. I need to think of a new trick now. Chickie has absolutely stopped flying for treats. I'll cut back on breakfast so she is hungry when I get home.
