Yeah I've been looking for the same thing, found a few older breeder pairs for sale and an adult bird up for adoption in Florida (way too far away for me to meet the home visit requirements). I tried a bird store, but they told me the bird that I placed a deposit on seemed like the "runt of the litter" and was sent back to the breeder. They were going to sell me the other jardine that they had instead, but their handfeeder aspirated the poor baby 
At this point, I'm nervous about bird stores, and even tried to research other bird species to see if a different type would be a good fit. I can't really find any other bird that is very similar to a jardine, though.
