Is this normal for my canary?

This is my canary clementine. I have had her for about a year now, when I got her she had an injury on her chest/shoulder/neck area. She has gotten better, but she seems to hurt herself on her neck sometimes for some reason. Ever since I got her she has been sleeping with her head hanging down, all the other canaries sleep normally. I wonder if she has a weak neck? But anyways, in this picture it shows her sleeping.

Unfortunately, there are no exotic/avian vets in my area.

A regular vet might see her. My rabbit vet often consults experts elsewhere. An avian vet could maybe guide your local vet virtually.

There are many members on this forum from a wide variety of locations. If you give us your general area (country, state/province), we may be able to help you find a veterinarian who is at least familiar with treating birds.
