unsafe.jpg I just had to search far and wide for an orbit that had no strings attached. Thanks to a member here I found one in Oliver's Gardens, a vendor here. I post this article for those members who are fairly new to birds and perhaps buying the unsafe toys in a pet store.

I don't put those type of items in their cage and I always cut the fringe off for the out-of-cage area.

I had one of these a few years ago and did not have the hand strength to cut them off so a friend of mine used a box cutter to cut them off. But the one I just recently purchased from OG has no fringes.

Wow - the article says you can put rope toys in the washing machine! I'd have never thought of that.

Yes i did that with rope perches. Dont have a dish washer any more.
