There are many bird food brands that have soy and also corn. Personally I don't feed bird food with either ingredient. So safe, yes except if your birds have an allergy to soy. Let's ask @clawnz

well i don't really have access to bird foods here , there are some but i don't have trust to them
so i have to buy everything separately.
how should i know if my tiel have allergy?
i gave him couple of times and looks like he is ok with it.

Do you have an avian vet? He or she is the one that can give you accurate information on feeding soy products.
