iRN baby feather pulling

My IRN was a baby when i hot her.. she was not fully feathered when her tail feathers broke and fell off.. some of her wing feathers were also damaged and have fallen off.. she have started plucking her feathers and now have pulled most of her baby feathers feom neck chest and under her wings as well and some of her feathers fall off on its own now as well.. what to do? I have attached her pictures

I'm sorry to hear the bird is plucking. The first thing to do is take him/her to an avian vet.
